I wasn't expecting alot but I was blown away with the professionalism. The pre tests went better than expected. The telehealth approach was super smooth as if the doctor was right there. Myranda T. made my visit super fun and easy. If you're unsure where to go to get an eye exam I'd highly recommend coming here.
Came in because my vision with contacts is -5.75. Took exam, got prescribed -6 but they would only give me -5.75 for contacts or alternatively -5.5 even though the sole reason for coming in was because my vision with contacts is currently more blurry at -5.75. Went back and forth with no resolution. Do not go here as they will not provide the service you paid for. Target optical offers same pricing and they actually have real doctors in office not some “certified” doctors through zoom.
