The Optometrist at this location was very meticulous. His bedside manner was excellent and above reproach. The ladies who processed my paperwork were professional, efficient and courteous. The only drawback at this location is that the optometrist is only available one day out of the week due to his many commitments to such a wide service area.
I went in needing help with new glasses I had just gotten from another Walmart Vision days before. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. They verified the prescription of the lens by having me do a vision test with them on. All good at that point. Issue was the progressives were not aligned in the lens properly. Appears I had bad measurements/fit from the original store. They remeasured me, helped me pick out a new frame and explained the pricing options very clearly as opposed to the original store. The Optometrist here is very thorough and patient. Wonderful demeanor. My only complaint is the wait time. However, it would not deter me from future appointments. I don’t mind waiting for good eye care.
A joke! Made appointment 2 weeks ago with very nice helpful young lady. Today 8/30/22 at 3:40 my appointment time, there were 8 people ahead of me waiting. I asked if all were waiting on the doctor? A different young lady said yes. I asked, what good is an appointment? She didn't answer. I was about to do paperwork, but thought better of waiting another 2 hours minimum. No explanation! Poor service, would NOT recommend.
