Bought two pair in August (regular and sunglasses). After two months they were so scratched from normal cleaning with microfiber cloth and water they were unwearable. I’ve had many pairs of glasses in my life but none including ten dollar readers were such terrible quality. I asked if they had a warranty and was told they used to have one but shortly before I purchased it became an add on which I declined. Quite obvious why they did away with the warranty. I had the pleasure of working with the vision team at the Walmart Vision Center in Brooklyn and they are the best! Luke and the team went above and beyond to first of all help pick out a frame and then to make certain that the glasses I purchased fit correctly. They were all so helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this Vision Center.

Had an eyeglass repair emergency and my optometrist was not open, nor was the much closer to me Putnam Wal-Mart Vision Center. Called the Brooklyn Wal-Mart vision center, spoke to “Luke” (sixtyish man with a beard), who told me to come on down. Luke fixed my glasses in minutes with a smile and at no charge ! I was very impressed and appreciative.
