First off the eye exam they wanted $200 for. That included my insurance. Then I ordered a pair of glasses for my wife. We spent $469 including insurance. I wanted my wife to have a very good pair of glasses. When I asked her to write down my wife's pupilary distance she explained that Walmart owns that information. I think it's absolutely fraudulent! Bought two pair in August (regular and sunglasses). After two months they were so scratched from normal cleaning with microfiber cloth and water they were unwearable. I’ve had many pairs of glasses in my life but none including ten dollar readers were such terrible quality. I asked if they had a warranty and was told they used to have one but shortly before I purchased it became an add on which I declined. Quite obvious why they did away with the warranty. I had the pleasure of working with the vision team at the Walmart Vision Center in Brooklyn and they are the best! Luke and the team went above and beyond to first of all help pick out a frame and then to make certain that the glasses I purchased fit correctly. They were all so helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this Vision Center.
