Oh wow" what a extremely unprofessional incompetent rude staff members they all should be removed from position immediately and replaced with a whole new professional courteous experienced staff
The women on the phone have a habit of talking and gossiping about people while they put them on hold. I heard a few choice words about myself and assume they didn’t bother even lowering the phone down when they said it. I called to ask a simply question about insurance and book an appointment. They are inexpensive but I’d rather pay for class and sincerity than save a few dollars. You get what you pay for after all.
It would be nice if this place was open during their advertised hours of operation and they actually had your glasses. Especially when we drive almost an hour one way after they text my wife her glasses are ready (again) only to show up second day and this time they're closed. What a way to operate a business. This will be the last time we get glasses here.
THEY FILED MY INSURANCE FOR ME AND WAS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. THE DR. DID AN AWESOME JOB AND THE 3 PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT EVERYTHING. USED TO GO TO SLOTHMANS IN STARKE BUT THEY WANT $500 JUST FOR FRAMES NOW AND STAFF IS TERRIBLE!!! WALMART HAS MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON!!!!!
