Melissa was extremely snobby and lacked basic understanding and empathy for her customers. We waited for service for roughly 5-10 minutes before she came out. She had an attitude with me and my boyfriend the moment we walked into the store, simply browsing frames. She assumed the reason I walked out was because I was “trying to keep the cost down”, after I repeatedly informed her the extra costs she was trying to throw onto my bill were unnecessary and unreasonable. I have really mixed feelings about this walmart. Most of the employees are very helpful and even fixed my sons very ramshackled glasses, however, one particular employee I have had a couple of run ins with. I stopped by to have my glasses straightened, this employee told me they were fine and that my ears were uneven and there was nothing to be done. They legit ruined my glasses Bc I asked them to adjust Them a little and the clear pad on them is all ripped and they wouldn’t fix it
