Melissa and Missy are WONDERFUL!! I have had more experience with Melissa and I really like her... Very friendly, takes the time to be sure I understand what I'm getting!! I'm not really impressed with the young man who is fairly new there. Wanted my glasses cleaned and I got them back almost as dirty as they were when I gave them to him... He doesn't seem to care so much about the position he has. I've noticed he hangs out in the, I call it the back room even though it's off the side....
I have been getting my glasses here for years and both Avery and Missy have waited on me. They both are super friendly and do a great job at their job!
Melissa was extremely snobby and lacked basic understanding and empathy for her customers. We waited for service for roughly 5-10 minutes before she came out. She had an attitude with me and my boyfriend the moment we walked into the store, simply browsing frames. She assumed the reason I walked out was because I was “trying to keep the cost down”, after I repeatedly informed her the extra costs she was trying to throw onto my bill were unnecessary and unreasonable. I have really mixed feelings about this walmart. Most of the employees are very helpful and even fixed my sons very ramshackled glasses, however, one particular employee I have had a couple of run ins with. I stopped by to have my glasses straightened, this employee told me they were fine and that my ears were uneven and there was nothing to be done.
