Just spoke with Coco… ain’t even been in there yet… she was more helpful in 10 min on the phone than the last year and a half of the eye doctors I’ve seen. She informed me I can get frames and lenses and my insurance covers everything n. I’ll be up there within ao th. Miss Coco ya can’t miss me. The store has very inconvenient hours for working people. 8-5 and closed on Saturday and Sunday. They received my glasses 2 weeks after the eta date and then they were closed the day they came in and the next day the attendant had and emergency and had to close the store. She called the day after and told me they came in but I couldn't pick them up till they had a licensed technician there. Very negligent on their part. This needs to be fixed.
