Not enough staff, not open on weekends
My mom loves this place because they take her insurance.
I understand reducing hours, but.... my daughter broke her glasses. I need to get her in to pick out new frames. They decided to make the new hours Monday through Friday 10-2. So those of us that work regular hours have to take time off if we would like to purchase new frames? Thank you for being so convenient!
I tried to get a appointment here and sat on hold for 15 minutes and 45 sec. just for him to tell me they don’t even have a doctor there right now!!
