That manager Sandy at Walmart vision in Hamburg NY, is not accommodating to a medical need. She will go out of her way to treat you bad. A terrible manager incompetent staff. They do not care! Total disappointment.
Terrible customer service. Was walking in to simply inquire about a pair of glasses and was immediately put off by their condescending attitude. Was as if they were bothered by me even inquiring. No wonder why they have terrible reviews on here and there’s never any customers in there. Shame.
Most of the staff is friendly, especially the doctor, my glasses were even done sooner than expected. But one of the employees Jan is very rude on the phone. I called to let them know I was going to come that day to receive my glasses and she was very curt and unfriendly, definitely put me off I will not be going back once I receive the glasses I have already paid for
99.97% recovery rate. Masks don't work- Anthony Fauci before reading his emails.
Picked up glasses ended going back due to technician rushing due to short staffing. The issue was nit resolved when they were notified they said return again. I explain to Jan I have never purchased glasses and I had to go back three times to get them adjusted in the same day last time doing business there.
