Went in on Sunday to inquire about a pair of glasses that were missing a screw & some other glasses that were a bit loose, not only did I wait a while, the lady working was absolutely no help..told me that the hinge was bent so it was nothing she could do with that pair of glasses. The pair that was loose, she said it was nothing she could do but bend them and even then that would be done at my own risk? I ended up buying an eye glass repair kit to tighten the glasses a bit.
