I bought my glasses at the Canóvanas Walmart Visión, but I don't live near there. Today, my frame broke so I went to the Humacao location by my house. They found me in the system and said my frame was still under warranty, but they would not help me without the paper receipt. In the states, I've never needed the receipt as long as they could find my purchase in the system and verify the warranty. Then we went to the Fajardo location and they had no problem helping me.
