Went down picked up glasses 2 pairs Donna the one associate was very nice she helped me two days later I needed the earpiece corrected and needed to be tighter went back down a young woman her name starts with S I will not say her name on here had messed them up really bad I called spoke with the vision manager her name is Sheila she helped me she corrected everything that was needed to be corrected she gave me a whole new pair because the others were so messed up with the associate had done and I thank her very much for doi... read more
