This is our 2nd our 3rd year seeing Dr. Howell. She is such a kind and compassionate woman. Myself and sons both saw her again yesterday and she had all three of us in and out in just a little over an hour without rushing us but listening to all of my concerns. We a grateful to have her in Marshfield!
Was given too strong of a prescription. I told the Dr during the exam it was too strong. She changed the trial, which was better. However, she didn't record the change. So when I ordered my contacts, I received the stronger, incorrect prescription. I didn't realize it until after putting the 1st pair in that it was wrong. When I called about it, I was told I would need another exam and would need to pay for another box of contacts. This was The Dr's mistake, not mine but I will have to pay for it. It take forever to get a hold of someone on the phone every time I call I get put on hold just to be told to call back later which is funny because they are never busy the place is always empty
Bought my glass less than 6 months ago and they are scratched up. I stopped in to see about getting them fixed as I paid extra for a warranty. I was the only customer, They lady I was dealing with took them to another girl ( she barely looked out of highschool ) that seemed more interested in her phone than dealing with this said the scratches "look to be" like they are just in the coating not the lens. This was the worst eye exam I've ever experienced. The optometrist's mind was elsewhere, chatting through the rushed exam. The glasses were made wrong. It was a long ordeal to get an attempt to fix the flawed glasses. No actual help happened. No more Walmart vision clinic for me. I now have several hundred dollars worth of unwearable glasses. Buyer beware.
