My daughter was given a trial pair of contacts, unfortunately she was not medically able to wear them, we went back a few days later to tell them that we wanted the glasses instead because the contacts were not working out. We were told the insurance was already billed for a contact visit and she was not able to get glasses now so she lost her benefit for this year and is not able to get glasses until next year. Awesome place. Friendly always happy to adjust glasses. Went there for an appointment super helpful friendly staff. Gave me some glasses cleaner at no charge. Highly recommend.
