The doc is awesome, but the staff...🤷 I was fitted for new contacts & doc was great! So, I called to purchase the contacts I had tried. The person I talked to had problems finding me in the system & said they'd have to verify with the doc. That was Tuesday. Finally got the confirmation order on Friday. Not the first time they've drug their feet talking to the doc. Front staff is ridiculous.
Can't even get a trail pair or contacts while waiting for yours to come in. Go to Prattville or Millbrook Wal-Mart
