Did you know that Walmart Vision will adjust your frames for free even if you didn't buy them there? I didn't, but when I called to find out, the technician was friendly and gracious when he told me that it didn't matter where you bought your frames, they would adjust them for free! I stopped by that day and had my frames adjusted. They felt fine, but after doing a bit shopping, I noticed they were still slipping down my nose, so I went back to the vision center before I left the store. I had a great time picking out my glasses and got them for easily under $200 and I am not insured on vision, so that was very helpful for me. Mo helped me with the entire process and with a second opinion when I had a tough time choosing and I am very happy with the glasses we chose and can’t wait to come back to get more fun pairs!
I absolutely love my frames! Your optician, Madison, goes above and beyond for her customers. I watched her interactions with others while she was super busy and she was exceptionally kind and professional to each person who came in.
