It's not often in in VA, but in an emergency situation (needed replacement glasses asap) a very poised and professional woman named Andie helped us. Soon panic and stress became laughter and calm. Go here, ask for Andie, the rest will simply be a wonderful experience. Wish I could give her 100 more stars!
I took my son's glasses in to be repaired. Chelle and Andi did their best to help, but the damage was too severe for them to be able to replace. Chelle went above and beyond by offering to take them up to the Woodstock location in the morning to have them put into new frames that they had at that location, and even offered to bring them to my son's school for him once they were complete.
