My visit was a wonderful surprise. In a time period where one rarely gets pleasant customer service, the Walmart Vision Center was a very pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff technically and clinically. Frames and lenses people without optical insurance can feel good about. Care provided isn’t improved from fancy office space and astronomically expensive hardware. The office is modest. In my opinion, the efficient, knowledgeable and friendly interaction I experienced was good care. I recommend this Walmart Vision Center.
I purchased my glasses at Walmart but when I needed them repaired they couldn't help me and referred me to Shopko optical.. Weird!!
Had a broken "nose pad" on my glasses. Stopped in and the woman was nice enough to install a new pair while I waited for the $2.60 cost of the parts. Positive experience.
Walmart vision center has now on three occasions had posted hours of being open till 2 PM and when I arrived at 1 and 122pm they are locked up tight. No one ever answers the phone with no voicemail. This is incredibly unprofessional. I'm trying to pick up glasses for a month now.
Doctor and staff are excellent, Glasses came out perfect, and arrived faster than expected.
