Optometrist is only in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. What is the value in being open the other days, especially Saturdays??
They do not do same day service and the rep was sorta rude
I have used them the past 4 times to get new glasses. Out of the 4 times I only received some glass cleaner and wiper with one pair of my new glasses. Also. My newest glass have been scratched by my dog which I know is on me. I have called oneonta vision center for the past 4 months to order me a new lens which I will pay for. But they give me th run around that they are not replacing lenses at this time. I don't understand what their problem is. I have decided I will not use them in the future.
