Called and got put on hold for half of a hour. Hung up called back and no one answered. Was told Wal Mart takes my insurance but the doctor doesn’t so I’d have to pay for the exam when my insurance says it covered by my provider….what sense does that make? 0/10 recommend this place.

Typical Walmart. Slow workers that aren't worth half what they get paid. Doesn't matter that it's the vision center, still slow. Appointment at 3, it's 330 and I'm still sitting here. This is ridiculous and I'm leaving
The last person I talked to there was rude and had an attitude. My glasses broke and they wouldn't fill my glasses prescription because I last got my eyes checked in 13 months even though my prescription hasn't changed in many years.
Absolutely refused to provide my daughter and wife with daughter's prescription in clear violation of state and federal law. Hopefully the lawsuit headed their way will shut them down completely -- it won't be the first time the crooks have been sued.
