Enjoying my glasses from Walmart with magnetic sunglasses! I have bought my last four pairs here! Last year, I had my glasses less than 6 months when they developed a small crack in one of the lenses. I brought them in to have them checked out and they replaced them no charge! You can stop by to have them tightened or adjusted. The team there is super friendly! I’ll be visiting today for an adjustment to my glasses… too much “rough housing”with the grandkids!!
It is a nice feeling when someone take their time going the extra mile in making sure a customer is happy and satisfied. I am so thankful because Holly Gudeahn, the manager at Vision Center, was able to help me with my eye glasses. The service was affordable professional, and Holly really did go the extra mile fixing my eye glasses. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again Holly!

These ladies were awesome! My son, who is extremely hard on his glasses, had been wearing them taped on both hinges. We were trying to get by until his next vision test. We got the frames at the Walmart Vision Center here in Putnam CT, so we went there to see what they could do. Explained our problem and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Best place to get eyeglasses. Almost a year later and they installed a complete new frame, same day within 5 minutes. And didn't cost a dime. Great warranty and excellent customer service. A special thanks to their employee Hannah.
