I broke my glasses and was able to walk right in and get them fix in 5 mins.
I have high praise for Karla in the Vision Center who helped my husband and I with getting our new glasses ordered after updating our prescriptions last Thursday. Karla made sure that everything was properly measured, gave us our options for additional features and the costs associated with them, informed us of the time it would take for our new glasses to arrive, and set us up to get alerts when they were ready for pick-up. She was extremely personable and professional.
Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks . Spoke with them to confirm my appt. Came in to the receptionist statung ahe has been trying to reach me and I won’t be eligible for my exam until March. Unprofessional at best how are you trying to reach me but I spoke to you the day prior to confirm my appt and nothing was stated about the fact that I needed to wait. I work as an optometric technician and this wouldn’t happen at my job. Customer service is at an all time low everywhere!
