Went in to order new glasses for my husband and I. Shigetta Roblow assisted us on picking frames and lenses. At the point of paying, we had card issues with my Carecredit card from Synchrony Bank. It was declined because Synchrony says it's only good for medical. Duh! What is eyecare???Long story short, Shigetta stayed with me while we waited a long time for a resolution that never came through. Alycia and her employees are so sweet and knowledgeable. They help fix nose pads and wonky frames with a smile. I've gone to this place for glasses for years and love the atmosphere. Highly recommended
The manager, Eelena, was so kind and courteous. She treated me respectfully. The price I paid was very reasonable.
