I am appalled by the attitude and unprofessionalism by the staff member I believe is named Denise. I came in to browse the glasses, tried asking a few questions which were answered in the rudest possible tone. I ended feeling uncomfortable and leaving, but not before I said thank you have a nice day, in which she just stared at me until I left. Not exactly friendly and welcoming.
I was very satisfied with my new glasses and especially the attention to detail that was involved in fitting them to my face properly. Excellent service.
The help and support I received at Walmart vision center was very professional above and beyond what I expected.Denise Maldonado at Trinidad colo store was excellent . If I could give 10 stars I would Thank You
I would highly recommend Walmart Vision Center in Trinidad. They are very professional in helping chose the right glasses to fit your face & and accommodate all your eyewear needs
Denise Maldonado was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the glass frames and lenses that I purchased. I ordered my frames and lenses based on her information and pick them up the other day. An amazing difference. Thank you Denise for your time and expertise.
