Great customer service and quality product. And the prices can't be beat. Got my glasses after picking them out in 4 days, and the young lady was very nice as was the 1st lady who helped me initially.
I left my mom (95 yrs old) there with 2 employees while I shopped in the store. When I came back a short while later, not only had they helped Mom pick out a nice pair of glasses but she and the 2 ladies were chatting up a storm!
I have seen Patrick Domingo and now working with Cindy Couzens. They are both amazing!! Thank you SO MUCH for all you do, you're Greatly Appreciated.
Bad first impression. I shouldn't have to be patronized and talked-down to when asking questions regarding the health of my eyes. On a good note, the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming.
