Thank you so much Laura at the Walmart Duarte Vision Center. I went in yesterday just stopping by to ask about my glasses. She immediately helped me on the spot and fixed my frames. I was so touched by her excellent customer service and I would definitely come back again because of Laura.
Great experience at Walmart Vision. We were helped very quickly, and the staff was extremely kind and professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how friendly and efficient everyone was. Highly recommend!

I walked out while filling out the doctor’s intake form because of the unprofessional and condescending behavior I experienced. Optician Wendy, under the direction of Kantha Chhuon, O.D., spent more time discussing her personal life at Disneyland and Tic Tok on phone than helping me. When I asked for assistance with my insurance, she refused to itemize charges annd even run an estimate and acted as if my questions were an inconvenience.
