Buyer beware. I spent hundreds of dollars here for 2 new prescription frames and lenses plus new lenses for my existing frames. Within 6 months the lenses in the pair I wear most often became cloudy. I had not purchased the expensive protection plans. I was told the problem was due to scratches from improper cleaning. I’ve never had this problem with OTC Readers or any sunglasses. arrived half an hour early. thought i checked in with the optometry dept; at 2:03 i was taken to another room where i was handed paperwork that was too small a font for me to read. i couldn’t believe it! i asked Kathy for a magnifying glass so i could read and fill out the form. she said no, and so i had to miss my optometry exam! I wasted an hour of my life with these mean, unaccommodating people- don’t you do the same! at 67 every hour counts!
Sierra did a great job of guiding this first timer into his first pair of glasses.
Came in with a much damaged pair of readers. Apparently fell asleep with them and somehow they ended on the floor looking like a twisted piece of modern art. Jon and Curtis patiently and collaboratively fixed them to the point I could use them as they were intended. So 5 out of 5 stars for each. Thank you kindly gentlemen!
Liz and the young man working today( I believe his name was John) were so incredibly kind and helpful. My stepfather had broken his glasses on vacation in Cortez and we couldn't fix them. Liz and her team had them fixed, cleaned and returned to me in a matter of minutes. I highly highly recommend this vision center!!!
