Excellent value glasses, very good doctor, reasonably priced exam, a bit of a pain setting up eye exam to get the prescription. Yes, it's cheap, but there's got to be a better way of setting up appointments. Too much back and forth calling a phone number nobody answers. Leave the doc's cards there, say "TEXT this number to see about an appointment." Save everybody time,

I've been buying lenses here for years, and they put them in my own frames. They have great prices on frames, though. I've walked around looking at those while waiting for Natina. She's awesome! For eye exams only, see Dr Basra! Call the Dr office for appointments. See the photo, I can't add a phone number here for some reason... Dr Basra is very thorough and professional! Nothing like people think when you say you're going to Walmart for an eye exam, for sure! I like her quite a bit. She's efficient and knows to do each and... read more

Natina hung up on me 3 times. She was extremely unhelpful. She did not answer the questions asked but instead rambled on about irrelevant matters. She accused me of being rude, but she over talked me and did not listen. I was never rude to her. She was extremely unprofessional, discourteous, and dismissive. I spoke with her supervisor, David, and he was extremely helpful. I do not know how she still works there. In my opinion she should be fired and definitely should not work in any customer service type job.
