We are visiting Harvard and had a dilemma. The associate at the vision center was so polite, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even though he could not provide the things we needed, he got us going in the right direction to get us what we needed. A big thank you to him!

Harvard, IL Vision center - Worst eyecare experience of my life. The so-called manager was extremely unprofessional, loud, rude and condescending. When I asked her not to talk to me in such a rude manner, she said I was being rude. Since when, is asking someone to treat you with a little dignity and respect, being rude? They made eyeglasses which I could barely see out of, and then refused to work with me to sort them out. She took back the glasses they made for me, and said she gave me a refund. Super rude and not helpful. I called to ask what my prescription is and was told it was expired but I could come in and pick it up, not a big deal. But then I thought to call back and ask them to email it to me since I can't get over there for a while and when I called back to explain myself I was cut off and then put on hold for 10 minutes :) over it
Dr. Porter and Dr. Watson are the best and they do any amazing job. Very friendly staff.
