Been going to Walmart now for years for my eye care needs, and never had an issue. However recently my experience with them has been poor. I purchased a pair of glasses here almost a year ago now, with the warranty included. Everything was fine until just a few days ago I got my first obvious chip, from a soda lid of all things. Friendly affordable great selection
Unlike vision works this place is all about what they can get from you. I went in asking for my PD to be measured and was told no unless I'm buying from them
I went in last Saturday day the doctor, was fitted for new glasses, in and out with in 40 minutes. Not even a full week later, I have my new glasses and they are perfect. This eye center has an amazing crew and a very thorough doctor. I'll come back again next time.
I walked in just to get a feel of prices and looks of frames. Gary immediately sat down with me and made a plan (that he executed) with me. I get my glasses on the 1st!!! How does that even happen?! Absolutely a beautiful human being, through and through. Thank you Gary!
