I had the best experience at Walmart vision in Rockmart, GA. The eye doctor was so through and took all the time I needed. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Jeremiah helped me pick out my frames and place my order. He was amazing!
Horrible!!! I would not recommend.. After the 3rd time of not being able to see with my glasses that I paid out of pocket for, I asked for a refund. The girl didn’t seem to care, didn’t listen to me explain my situation and had I had to go over it again. I asked for a refund, because I cannot use what I purchased. I was told I could only have a refund for the frames, not the office visit. The prescription is not correct, the frames are fine!! I WILL go somewhere else and spend our money elsewhere. Kind of pointless to have a vision center if there’s no doctor there 6 days out of the week. They can’t even order contacts without the optometrist there. I will admit she did get my prescription perfect and I’ve never seen so well and I’m sure she is busy. If that’s the case maybe hire another to be there when she isn’t.
