Best experience I've had with the ladies there. Nancy was really helpful in explaining the perks of my walmart insurance benefits and even helped me with picking my 2nd pair of glasses.
Monica is the very best! Goes way beyond her duties and because if her I was able to have a much needed eye surgery when no one else would have helped
I took my 2 older children to Dr. Ballard today. Her and her secretary were nice and patient even with me having to bring my 2 babies with me. I give her 5 stars!! BUT when I went next door to get my son's glasses, the woman was so rude. Yelled out across the vision center at me and 2 children that my insurance wasnt going to cover it. Which doesnt suprise me I've been having trouble with them.
