The worst place to ever!!! Was told i could get a discount on contacts with glasses but was told i couldnt pay until they came in or i wouldnt get my discount. So a week later when i called to check to see if my glasses came in, they never ordered them. Do yourself a favor go somewhere other than walmart optical in dexter, rhe staff doesnt even want to do thier job theyre so lazy!!
I have been dealing with getting a frame less pare of glasses, and they can't seem to get it right. It's not Walmart itself. It's not the people that work in Walmart. It's whoever they are using to process their glass. But they chose whom they use. I am not happy wearing crooked glasses. And they had to change the prescription twice because they can't seem to get that correct either.

Horrible experience. Logan got my prescription wrong. Staff was inexperienced. It took me almost an hour for her to find my insurance.if I would have wore those glasses I would have wrecked and killed my family on the way home. Took me another hour to get my refund. Now I can't use my insurance for six weeks. Hmm lawyer up. Treated me like I was a joke and didn't matter. The optometrist is great but the service is awful. Had to return Glasses a week after receiving them for lenes correction and was told it would take 10 days for correction. Was contacted by walmart vision that the Glasses was in, only to find that wasn't even my Glasses now 30 days later and still no Glasses. The black haired vision employee is more worried about her cell phone than actually helping customers. She is incompetent in her job as all she gives is excuse after excuse.
