I order a pair of ray bans and years worth of contacts paid all up front for everything. The ordering process took forever and seemed like they unaware of how to do a lot of it. I got my glasses picked them up. Been waiting for my contacts for over two weeks now. I get a call it comes up spam I answer it’s Lemars Walmart eye care asking if I’ve picked my contacts up, uh no. Edgar was very helpful with my glasses selection. He made everything so easy. Such a professional!
Edgar was such a delight , he helped me pick out my frames that I needed for my new prescription. Even at times when I was upset when my glasses didn’t come on time he still maintained his professionalism with me and assured me he would give me a call as soon as they came in. Any time I need adjustments he is always willing to help me and remembers who I am and calls me by first name. I wish Walmart had more employees like him working there.
