Called and made an appointment for an object in my eye. Over the phone they tell me they can do it they accept my TWO INSURANCES! Not just one but two! Then I get to the appointment and they try to bill me out of pocket. This is how you treat your customers!? I was very very clear in my questions last night when I made this appointment! I've been trying to get my glasses fixed since I got them. The prescription of my left lense was never correct and I received them in November 2024. I came in some lady bent them and said they would be better, I'm not sure how that fixes an incorrect lense script, but alright?? I ordered contacts too, ALSO WRONG FOR THE LEFT LENSE...this place is a joke at best.
