Great quality and service. The staffs are very thoughtful, kind and professional. The glasses quality are excellent.
I had a full eye exam appointment (including contact lens fitting) with Robert Fillion, O.D. at the Walmart Supercenter Vision & Glasses in Oneonta, NY this past April. It was a horrible experience! 1) Dr. Fillion only spent about 5 minutes with me, gave me some trial lenses for my right eye and didn’t even look at the fit after I put it on, let alone scheduling a follow-up exam! The worst part: He told me that if I was not going to wear my monthly lens everyday, I could stretch it to 2 months! This led to recurrent red eye ... read more
Called and made an appointment for an object in my eye. Over the phone they tell me they can do it they accept my TWO INSURANCES! Not just one but two! Then I get to the appointment and they try to bill me out of pocket. This is how you treat your customers!? I was very very clear in my questions last night when I made this appointment!
