WM Optical, Sebastian Fl s azad I'd, on the phone they could accept my insurance. Made appointment, drove there, filled out forms. Then Doc tells me she operates separate from WM and does not take Insurance. Departed very angry, what a scam. WM guilty of DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

New to the area, I went in simply for a new pair of Rx sunglasses and exam. The ophthalmologist found a rare problem, knew what it was, and the best place for me to be seen. After seeing a specialist he told me I should thank Dr. Harris for saving my eye site! I would enthusiastically recommend them and have, because I am so grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. Great people!
WAIT WAIT WAIT, then you find out the 'doctor's out to two hour lunch, really! The next time I got the doctor's hours OK and glasses are just as good as my optician's were, at half the price. I decidced to get two more pair: one top Rx for TV, and bottom Rx for computer; knowing the difficulties with timing, I made an appointment and the Vision Center was closed at 12:45! I ducked under the rope so I could pick out the frames I wanted and BOY-O-BOY did somebody show up FAST and chew me out > > I left . . ONE STAR for service... read more
