Quick, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service from personnel--with speedy return on glasses ordered . Would totally return-as I have over the last 22+ years-as the warranty on their glasses is expediently honored-and ANY problems are handled promptly. i.e. fixing nosepiece/shaping glasses/replacing lens after careless handling on my part.

Husband had fallen and messed up his glasses while in KC. We stopped by Paola's Walmart on the way home. Great service by their vision center technician while doing some repairs and adjusting the glasses with no charge.
This place destroyed my otherwise working and functional frames using Heating people working there seem to be incompetent not know what they're doing and cost us $350 frames with no way of recourse due to contract all we got were some cheap frames along with the lenses we ordered my frames are unrecognizable from what they once were the dichotomy between the two sides they "worked" on is staggering
