You know I have read some ugly reviews on here and my suggestion is not to listen to them but see for yourself. I have used Walmart vision multiple times without issues. The staff has always been very helpful and the Dr is not only professional but has a good patient/client relationship. Everyone has options , I suggest you form your own. Good experience for me and my spouse and we will be using them again.
I have always had excellent service and customer service at this location. I was assisted recently by Michelle and she was a big help in suggesting frames I should try on, ultimately helping me choose the frames I purchased. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful!
After making the appt and giving all my insurance info, we arrive at our appointment. The man at the counter looks at my card and says we don't accept this. I say yes, you do. I was given your name by the insurance company. Please call the 1 800 number on the card. He says I'm not doing that. We don't accept it and continue to stuff his face with his salad. Dr. Watkins was an HOUR late to our appointment. He didn't even apologize to us or the other customer that had been waiting! That's the longest I've ever waited for a scheduled appointment. However, Erica the optician was extremely helpful and excellent. And cute.
You can’t even get them to answer the phone so that you can schedule an appointment. They just pick the line up and put you on hold over and over without saying a word. Called from 9am through til almost 2pm and still no answer.
