Fantastic customer service. Terry was wonderful. My 99 year old Dad broke his glasses. On first encounter with Terry she was professional, informative and offered multiple options to help me. She tried to straight out the frames but they broke. I knew they were old. She suggest another fix but knowing how tough Dad is on his glasses, it would work but not for long. So we settled on new frames. Terry was so patient as she searched all the frames to find one that worked with Dad's lens. Thank goodness she found one that worked... read more

Pretty sad this is inside Walmart YET they don't take medicare plans which is the majority of Wal-Mart shoppers here.
