I went in today to find some new glasses. Ashley was great!! She even called my insurance (on a Saturday!) since they are out of network to see what they would cover for out of network. That was after I didn’t choose the pair that she liked the most on me (I was a little intimidated by them and played it safe), lol.
Fantastic customer service. Terry was wonderful. My 99 year old Dad broke his glasses. On first encounter with Terry she was professional, informative and offered multiple options to help me. She tried to straight out the frames but they broke. I knew they were old. She suggest another fix but knowing how tough Dad is on his glasses, it would work but not for long. So we settled on new frames. Terry was so patient as she searched all the frames to find one that worked with Dad's lens. Thank goodness she found one that worked... read more
