I had an amazing customer service experience with a needed emergency repair for my mom’s glasses. She’s in a nursing home and only has the one pair that she damaged. It was a team effort to repair and I am just thankful they were open and didn’t even charge me. The ladies were so kind and helpful.

Needed glasses fast. Lost mine. Called Montrose Walmart vision Center. Just got attitude and no they can't help me. Said their computers were down. Called the Delta store! Spoke with Dana on the Phone. She was very polite and professional. Went there shortly after speaking with her. Oh yeah she said she would call me back with the info I needed.
