First off I want to state that I don’t normally write reviews. That being said my experience here was absolutely terrible. Ordered a pair of glasses here, they arrived with a film on them that I couldn’t get off. This location struggled to get it off and in the process scratched both lenses. I had problems with the lenses and was directed by my Dr. to take them back. They almost didn’t listen to me when I told them I can’t see with these glasses. Absolutely awful experience... The woman working the desk was very rude and disrespectful. They told me that they accept my insurance over the phone when I had called them to set up the appointment, but refused me upon arrival after sitting in the waiting room for 30mins saying that they actually dont accept it, it takes us over 30 minutes to get there from where we live. I needed this eye appointment to be able to renew my license and the woman coldly said, "well let's just hope you dont get pulled over then." telling I'll ... read more
I had an amazing customer service experience with a needed emergency repair for my mom’s glasses. She’s in a nursing home and only has the one pair that she damaged. It was a team effort to repair and I am just thankful they were open and didn’t even charge me. The ladies were so kind and helpful.
