Not only are the prices very affordable but the Manager, Katie & her staff, Rebecca & Kelly are knowledgeable & ready to help any way they can. They make sure you are satisfied with your new glasses & encourage you to come back any time with any issues. Very satisfied with my glasses & would highly recommend everyone to visit them.
I have been on multiple occasions and have never even Been able to find someone to help me the all walk away and jump on their phones like they are scared to do the job they get paid to do. It's sad that Nobody cares enough to do something about it
I only gave 1 star because I had to, to be able to leave a review. The hours at this location are not convenient whatsoever. My glasses have been available for pickup for 2 weeks but yet they are never there for me to pickup! I have to wait another week to pick them up because they are not open for me to pick up either of my days off (supposed to be open today, but I was told, by the woman that answered that there wasnt anyone there that could give me my glasses. I got a great vision screening, picked my frames and lenses and was out in under an hour.. best service yet.. I'm definitely going back...
One of the ladies is so lazy, always unhelpful and just plain unpleasant to customers. They would rather you leave then have to help you.
