Even though they don’t have a Dr. at this location, I needed some assistance with a frame I had purchased there. Brenda, an associate, helped me for way longer than she should have (I was indecisive). She was patient, caring, and went above and beyond to help me with new frames! I love this Walmart.
I completely skewed/bent my glasses and one of the lenses popped out after I fell on them…but then I came to Walmart vision center in Cassville and this very nice lady took them into the back and put them back together! They’re just like new! Good place and good people!!!
Friendly and helpful associates with a well put together team dedicated to customer service.
Sherry at the Optical Store at Cassville Wal Mart was awesome! She got me in and out in no time!
