The main lady was so unbelievable rude and unhelpful. Before I could even say anything she immediately tells me that she needs a signed company of prescription. I started to talk and state that I have it here in my patient portal and could get it to her but instead she cut me off now talking about needing hard copy. I just turned around and walked out. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk... the associate was unwilling to give me my pupilary distance to get glasses.
The clerk was helping a man who could not decide what color for his sunglasses. I watched him look through lenses at the front counter for over 10 minutes. The clerk would not help me in the meantime and all I needed was contact lenses. Poor customer service.
My experience ordering my frames for my new prescription glasses was very easy, Mike, who helped me explained the process to me and answered all my questions. He was very good natured and now I can't wait to receive my new glasses. Thanks again Mike for your help!
I've been wearing glasses for nearly 30 years and have bought glasses at many different places. Walmart has the best prices and warranties than any other vision center around. Excellent service by the employees too very knowledgeable
