Laura exceeded my expectations by far. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the products but also about insurance claims. She hooked me up with everything I need to file a claim. She gave me a reimbursement form specifically for my insurance, a photocopy of my receipt, an itemized statement and an envelope with a stamp! She’s very kind and courteous and listened to everything I had to say. Way to go Laura! Thank you very much and keep up the great work.
