The Optician was great. Went to the glasses side to pick out my frames. Person working never asked if I needed any help. I found a pair I really liked and went over to him sitting at the desk looking at his phone. He looked up and asked if I needed something. I said yes I'd like these frames. He took my prescription I paid and he said it would be 7 to 10 days. I was wearing an old pair that killed my ears. On the 11th day I called to check and they said, "yeah they're here." Went in today after having exam done there on the other side. We walked in and was never greeted at all. The one and only customer they had walked out. Never did any of the employees even acknowledge myself or my wife. So, after about 5-6 minutes we just walked out. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Never again will we try again at this location!
