I paid an extra $60 for contacts, they said they'd call in a couple weeks when the trials came in however it's been months and no call. When I call them they just say the doctor isn't in. Also, my insurance said everything was covered, but the people who handle the frames and such charged me $25 anyway and refused to give me the printout showing why I was charged despite my insurance covering the frames and lenses. Rude doctor. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.
Horrible experience. If you want someone to treat your daughter badly this is the place to go! The doctor was rude and had my child crying. Do not recommend.

I went to Walmart vision center for glasses and an eye exam. Dr. Long took such good care of me and had lots of patience with my care to get the perfect prescription for me. Dallas helped me in the glasses department. She treated me with extra care. She helped me pick out the perfect glasses for my face. I never leave reviews. I was super impressed. I think both Dr. Long and Dallas deserve some praise. Thank y’all so much for making me feel extra special.
