Everybody was so nice . it's pretty pitiful. If you can't have lens cleaner in a little tiny bottle like they used to give after You've spent $400 on some glasses.
Bought my glasses at the Clinton store on 9-1-23. They were bi-focals with the lines. Never could figure out why they didn't fit right, or why I couldn't see right in them. Went back to the store once and a woman adjusted them, but still couldn't see well. I was able to see better out of a pair of dollar glasses. Then I went to the Walmart Camdenton store on 11-1-23 and I asked them to look at them and the lady there said that they were made wrong, and I needed to take them back where I bought them. My father got his eye test done and the older woman told him to shut up during the exam. Then when he called Friday they told him that glasses had arrived but they hadn't gotten to them so Saturday he had to call and ask them if they arrived. Very rude
The team helped me pick out the cutest pair of glasses at an affordable price and very attentive!
