Absolutely lazy staff. They sit there and NEVER greet people who walk in. Not even a little hello we will be right with you. I went there got my prescription waited a month and didnt get my glasses so I walked in to ask what the hold up was there was two people one old lady and another woman who was helpful but turned out there didnt even order my glasses. Slow/poor customer service.
Incredibly rude staff. We called to get clarification on an insurance matter and were hung up on once. When we called back, the same rude person told us that we could always just go somewhere else. I should have listened to the other reviewers, the staff here is incredibly rude and unhelpful.
The Dr. is wonderful, super helpful and very thorough. He was also great with my kids. But one of the staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. It took her almost 2 hours to put in an order for 2 pairs of glasses. I gave her a lot of patience and grace but it was exhausting…. when I came back today to reschedule a couple of appointments for my family she asked when I would like to come in. I asked if she had anything available on a date in a few weeks. She started laughing hysterically and I was super confused. And she says ... read more
