Jade was great! Very friendly and pleasant. Went over all of the options with me throroughly, without being "pushy" on up-selling anything. Took about an hour in and out for new patient paperwork, eye exam, and picking out frames and lenses. A lot more affordable than other eye doctors I've been to.
I haven't had a problem since I started buying glasses from here! All the staff are very friendly and when I need some help repairing my glasses, they're able to get right to them for me and finish within minutes. Great customer service!
