My husband and I both recently purchased glasses from here. Krissy and Kara are the best! They helped us pick out frames, and answered all our questions. Thank you ladies, you are a shining example of amazing customer service!
This is a great location. My eyes have never been good, but I want to thank Trevor for giving me kind and wholesome advice while pointing me in the right direction to getting my prescription filled in a timely manner. I have never met this person but he treated me like visually-impaired family and is an excellent representative for the location, as well as the Walmart brand in it's entirety.
Call to make appointment and they don't even have a freaking doctor...
Went there yesterday to attempt to place an order for contacts, which I’m new to wearing and the lady there was so rude and ugly. I won’t be taking my business there after all. This is really surprising coming from Walmart... I thought customer service was a priority and that made them stand out. Not so much anymore.
