The doctor was nice during my exam and after she gave me my RX written out and very specifically said she was doing so within State accordance so I can buy my prescription anywhere. She was very specific in this detail. Well I tried to order so glasses online and didn't realize they left off the DP portion so I could order them. I went back in and asked for the numbers and was meet with animosity and just in general ride behavior from the staff. Paid $500+ for my glasses and insurance. When I had a problem to resolve the women basically shut me out before we even started taking about the issue. Very combative about letting me use the insurance I paid for to fix the issue.. all she keep saying was normal wear and tear … acting like it was gonna come out of her pocket . Never again I will comeback. Save yourself the stress and don’t come here.
Very bad bedside manors. Bad experience.

I am visiting from out of town and one of the nose cushions on my glasses fell off. Joseph was super helpful and replaced both of them for me. Thanks for making what could have been a difficult situation go away. Great job!
